- SUBCHAPTER III MORTGAGE BANKERS, LOAN ORIGINATORSAND MORTGAGE BROKERS
In a prosecution arising from a violation of this subchapter, proof that a person acted as a mortgage banker, mortgage loan originator, or mortgage broker is sufficient, unless rebutted, to establish that compensation was received by, or promised to, that person.
