SUBCHAPTER III LOCAL PROFESSIONAL BASEBALL PARK DISTRICTS

A district’s jurisdiction is any county with a population of more than 750,000 that is the site of baseball park facilities that are home to a professional baseball team. A district’s jurisdiction is fixed even if the population of the county decreases below 750,001.
