SUBCHAPTER I GENERAL PROVISIONS; HOUSING AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS

Subject to agreements with bondholders or noteholders, the authority shall exercise its powers and perform its duties related to housing consistent with the state housing strategy plan under s. 16.302.
