Wis. Stat. § 25.38: Military family relief fund.

There is established a separate nonlapsible trust fund designated as the military family relief fund. The fund shall consist of money deposited in the fund under s. 71.10 (5i) (i), together with all donations, gifts, or bequests made to the fund.
