There is created a separate nonlapsible trust fund designated as the VendorNet fund consisting of all revenues accruing to the state from fees assessed under s. 16.701 (1) and (2) and from gifts, grants, and bequests made for the purposes of s. 16.701 (1) and (2) and moneys transferred to the fund from other funds.
