The department shall award grants from the appropriation account under s. 20.435 (1) (eg) to individuals and organizations to provide pregnancy counseling services. For a program to be eligible under this section, an applicant must demonstrate that moneys provided in a grant under this section will not be used to engage in any activity specified in s. 20.9275 (2) (a) 1. to 3.
