Wis. Stat. § 301.335: Treatment records.

Section 51.30 applies to treatment records, as defined in s. 51.30 (1) (b), maintained by the department of corrections in regard to children adjudged delinquent. The department has the same authority, including rule-making authority, with regard to treatment records maintained by the department that is granted to the department of health services under s. 51.30.
