SUBCHAPTER II ALTERNATE EMINENT DOMAINPROCEDURES IN 1ST CLASS CITIES

The common council may, by resolution, authorize the issuance of general special improvement bonds or particular special improvement bonds to finance an improvement. The common council may register the bonds as to principal under s. 67.09 and may call the bonds on terms it prescribes.
