Wis. Stat. § 322.115: Article 115 — Malingering.

Any person who for the purpose of avoiding work, duty, or service does any of the following shall be punished as a court-martial may direct:

(1) Feigns illness, physical disablement, mental lapse, or derangement.

(2) Intentionally inflicts self-injury.
