SUBCHAPTER II POWERS AND DUTIES RELATED TO EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT

Notwithstanding s. 230.26 (1), the director of the bureau of merit recruitment and selection in the division of personnel management in the department of administration may increase or suspend the number of hours for a limited term appointment for the duration of the public health emergency declared on March 12, 2020, by executive order 72.
