Wis. Stat. § 450.18: Penalties.

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, any person who violates this chapter or any rule promulgated under the authority of this chapter may be fined not less than $50 nor more than $100 or imprisoned not less than 30 days nor more than 90 days or both.
