SUBCHAPTER III REAL ESTATE APPRAISALMANAGEMENT COMPANIES

Each licensed appraisal management company that performs or desires to perform appraisal management services in a federally related transaction shall pay to the department the annual registry fee required by the appraisal subcommittee or its successor agency.
