Wis. Stat. § 614.43: Annual report to fraternal members.

Every domestic fraternal shall send to each member having insurance or publish in the official publication under s. 614.41 (1) an annual report which shall contain basic financial and operating data, information about important business and corporate developments and such other information as the fraternal wishes to include or as the commissioner by rule requires it to include in order to keep members adequately informed.
