SUBCHAPTER I CITY MANAGER PLAN

Any city which shall have adopted the provisions of ss. 64.01 to 64.15 may abandon the same and reorganize under the provisions of ch. 62 or ss. 64.25 to 64.40, or under a home rule charter by proceeding in accordance with the provisions of s. 64.01.
