SUBCHAPTER IV INTERSTATE RELATIONS

The commissioner in his or her sole discretion may institute proceedings under ss. 645.21 to 645.23 at the request of the commissioner or other appropriate official of the domiciliary state of any nondomestic insurer having property located in this state.
