SUBCHAPTER II SPECIAL PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO FIDUCIARIES

Unless specifically provided in this subchapter, fiduciaries shall be subject to all of the provisions, requirements and liabilities of this chapter, so far as applicable, unless the context requires otherwise.
