Wis. Stat. § 75.377: Inspection of property subject to tax certificate.

A county may enter any real property for which a tax certificate has been issued under s. 74.57, or may authorize another person to enter the real property, to determine the nature and extent of environmental pollution, as defined in s. 299.01 (4).
