Chapter 778 Collection Of Forfeitures

Revenues from forfeitures imposed by any court or any branch thereof for the violation of any municipal or county ordinance shall be paid to the municipality or county. Costs, fees, and surcharges imposed under ch. 814 shall be paid as required by that chapter.
