SUBCHAPTER I GENERAL PROVISIONS AND COSTS INCIVIL ACTIONS AND SPECIAL PROCEEDINGS

Unless otherwise required by law, any portion of the fees and surcharges collected by the clerk of circuit court under this subchapter [chapter] that are retained for use by the county shall be used to support court services in that county.
