Wis. Stat. § 87.095: Public park lands not benefited by improvement.

For the purposes of this chapter it is determined that public park lands are not benefited either directly or indirectly by such improvement, and shall not be considered in the assessment of benefits made by the department or by the flood control board acting under the provisions of s. 87.075 or 87.076.
