SUBCHAPTER VII ACTIONS RELATING TO GOVERNMENTALDECISIONS OR ORGANIZATION

An application under s. 30.13 (5m) (c) to circuit court for a restraining order prohibiting the removal of a wharf or pier shall be made within 30 days after service of the order issued under s. 30.13 (5m) (a) or be barred.
