SUBCHAPTER II EXEMPTIONS FROM, AND LIMITATIONS ON, LIABILITY

A person is immune from any liability regarding any act or omission regarding the notification of any applicable office or person under s. 51.37 (10), 304.06 (1), 971.17 (4m) or (6m) or 980.11. This section does not apply to willful or wanton acts or omissions.
