SUBCHAPTER V GENERAL PROVISIONS

The department or a local health department designated as an agent under s. 97.615 (2) or 97.41 (2) may refuse or withhold issuance of a license under this chapter or may suspend or revoke a license for violation of this chapter or any rule or order of the department, ordinance of the village, city or county or regulation of the local board of health.
