CHAPTER 13. PUBLIC BONDED INDEBTEDNESS.
ARTICLE 2. REFUNDING BONDS.

All bonds of the State of West Virginia or of any political subdivision thereof issued hereunder shall be exempt from all taxation by the state or by any political subdivision thereof.
