ARTICLE 5L. LONG-TERM CARE OMBUDSMAN PROGRAM.

Pursuant to chapter twenty-nine-a of this code, the state long-term care ombudsman and the state commission on aging shall promulgate rules to effectuate the purposes and provisions of this article.
