ARTICLE 68. LICENSURE AND CERTIFICATION OF ALCOHOL AND DRUG COUNSELORS.

The commissioner may contract with a qualified private organization for services that include:

(1) Providing verification that applicants for licensure or certification have met the education, training, and work experience requirements under this article; and

(2) Any other services that the commissioner may deem necessary.
