CHAPTER 16A. MEDICAL CANNABIS ACT.
ARTICLE 15. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS.

Nothing in this act shall be construed to require an insurer or a health plan, whether paid for by state funds or private funds, to provide coverage for medical cannabis.
