CHAPTER 21. LABOR
ARTICLE 5F. NURSE OVERTIME AND PATIENT SAFETY ACT.

Any law of this state currently enacted shall not be deemed to be amended, rescinded or otherwise affected by any provision of this article, but shall continue in full force and effect.
