CHAPTER 21A. UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION.
ARTICLE 7. CLAIM PROCEDURE.

A person interested in the determination of any disputed claim arising under this chapter shall not participate on behalf of the commissioner or the board in the determination thereof.
