CHAPTER 44. ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES AND TRUSTS.
ARTICLE 4. ACCOUNTING BY FIDUCIARIES.

Every appraisement returned under this article shall be recorded by the clerk of the county commission in appropriate books and indexed in the same manner as the record of fiduciaries.
