CHAPTER 47. REGULATION OF TRADE.
ARTICLE 18. ANTITRUST ACT; RESTRAINT OF TRADE.

All civil penalties exacted pursuant to this article, unless otherwise specifically provided for, shall be paid into the state Treasury for the use of the antitrust enforcement fund.
