CHAPTER 47. REGULATION OF TRADE.
ARTICLE 2. TRADEMARKS IN GENERAL.

The secretary shall keep for public examination a record of all marks registered or renewed under this article, as well as a record of all documents recorded pursuant to section seven of this article.
