CHAPTER 5A. DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION.
ARTICLE 3. PURCHASING DIVISION.

Contracts shall be approved as to form by the Attorney General. A contract that requires more than six months for its fulfillment shall be filed with the State Auditor.
