CHAPTER 60. STATE CONTROL OF ALCOHOLIC LIQUORS.
ARTICLE 2. ALCOHOL BEVERAGE CONTROL COMMISSIONER.

The commissioner shall be appointed by the Governor, with the advice and consent of the Senate, and shall devote his entire time to the duties of his office.
