CHAPTER 60. STATE CONTROL OF ALCOHOLIC LIQUORS.
ARTICLE 2. ALCOHOL BEVERAGE CONTROL COMMISSIONER.

The members of the commission shall not be civilly responsible for any act done or omitted in good faith in the discharge of duties imposed upon them by this chapter.
