CHAPTER 60. STATE CONTROL OF ALCOHOLIC LIQUORS.
ARTICLE 3. SALES BY COMMISSIONER.

A state agency shall procure stocks of alcoholic liquor for sale at retail only from the commission. Sales at retail in agencies shall be made in the same manner as sales in state stores.
