CHAPTER 60A. UNIFORM CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES ACT.
ARTICLE 4. OFFENSES AND PENALTIES.

Any penalty imposed for violation of this act is in addition to, and not in lieu of, any civil or administrative penalty or sanction otherwise authorized by law.
