Wyo. Const. art. 5, § 24: Terms of district courts; attaching unorganized territory to organized counties.

The time of holding courts in the several counties of a district shall be as prescribed by law, and the legislature shall make provisions for attaching unorganized counties or territory to organized counties for judicial purposes.
