Wyo. Stat. § 14-2-701: Scope of article.

(a) This article governs genetic testing of an individual to determine parentage, whether the individual:

(i) Voluntarily submits to testing; or

(ii) Is tested pursuant to an order of the court or a child support enforcement agency.
