CHAPTER 32 - WYOMING DECENTRALIZED UNINCORPORATED NONPROFIT ASSOCIATION ACT

A decentralized unincorporated nonprofit association may effect a conversion by complying with the applicable provisions of W.S. 17-26-101 and any applicable provisions of the decentralized unincorporated nonprofit association's governing principles.
