Wyo. Stat. § 18-4-409: Redemption of bonds.

ARTICLE 4 - VIADUCT AND SUBWAY BONDS

Any county issuing bonds shall annually after the tenth year redeem at least one-twentieth (1/20) of the bonds. The bonds redeemed each year shall be determined by lot.
