Wyo. Stat. § 18-5-309: Permit fee.

Where this section sits in the code

Each application for a subdivision permit shall be accompanied

by a reasonable fee not to exceed the cost of processing the

application as determined by the board. All fees collected

shall be credited to the county general fund.
