CHAPTER 45 - BROKER CONTROLLED INSURERS

Controlled insurers and controlling brokers shall comply with W.S. 26-45-104 by September 1, 1992, and with W.S. 26-45-105 beginning with all policies written or renewed on or after September 1, 1992.
