CHAPTER 2 - PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION
ARTICLE 1 - IN GENERAL

The commission shall have an official seal bearing the words "Public Service Commission of Wyoming", of which the courts shall take judicial notice, and may sue and be sued by its official name.
