Wyo. Stat. § 41-7-920: Resolution as to sale.

(a) Before any sale the board of commissioners shall by resolution entered on its minutes set forth all of the following:

(i) Its intention to sell a specified amount of the bonds;

(ii) The day, hour, and place of sale.
