CHAPTER 2 - SUPREME COURT
ARTICLE 1 - IN GENERAL

There shall be held at the capital of the state two (2) regular terms of the supreme court in each year, one (1) commencing on the first Monday of April, and one (1) commencing on the first Monday of October.
