12 U.S.C. § 4525: Information, records, and meetings

For purposes of subchapter II of chapter 5 of title 5—(1) the Agency, and (2) the Department of Housing and Urban Development, with respect to activities under this chapter, shall be considered agencies responsible for the regulation or supervision of financial institutions.
