15 U.S.C. § 78kk: Authorization of appropriations

In addition to any other funds authorized to be appropriated to the Commission, there are authorized to be appropriated to carry out the functions, powers, and duties of the Commission—(1) for fiscal year 2011, $1,300,000,000; (2) for fiscal year 2012, $1,500,000,000; (3) for fiscal year 2013, $1,750,000,000; (4) for fiscal year 2014, $2,000,000,000; and (5) for fiscal year 2015, $2,250,000,000.
