(a) Acceptable daily intake (ADI). The ADI for total residues of nicarbazin (4,4′-dinitrocarbanilide and 2-hydroxy-4,6-dimethylpyrimidine) is 200 µg/kg of body weight per day.
(b) Tolerances. The tolerance for 4,4′-dinitrocarbanilide (marker residue) is:
(1) Chickens. Liver (target tissue): 52 ppm.
