Yes, if we determine it will not:
(a) Interfere with the operation, maintenance, or rehabilitation of our facilities;
(b) Be detrimental to or jeopardize our facilities;
(c) Adversely affect the water rights or water supply; or
(d) Cause additional costs to us that we do not agree to in writing.
